Pursuant to MGL, Chapter 30A, Sections 18-25, all OML notices must be filed in the Town Clerk's Office and posted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). The Town Clerk's Office posts all OML compliant meeting notices on the bulletin board outside the office and on the meeting calendar on the homepage of the Town's website.
No posting will be accepted unless the notice is fully compliant with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts OML. The agenda must be included in the posting for the notice to be deemed compliant.
Submission of OML Notices
All meeting notices must be submitted no later than one hour prior to the close of business. Notices received after that time will be posted the next business day.
