As a result of contract discussions with Ipswich’s trash and recycling hauler, JRM will be strictly enforcing the town’s disposal limit of one barrel and placing stickers on any trash or recycling that is not compliant with town policy.
One 35-gallon bag or barrel (50-pound limit) is allowed per residence. Please make sure trash is not loose in the barrel.
Residents must use overthrow bags when disposing of trash over the one-barrel limit. Overthrow bags are available at Conley’s Drug, Cumberland Farms, Richdale and Tedford’s.
