[ARCHIVED] Proposed changes to Food and Childrens Camp Regulations

The Bureau of Environmental Health of the Department of Public Health has announced that there are two regulations enforced by local boards of health and health departments that are currently open for the public comment period. There will be public hearings held for both regulations, but there is an additional opportunity for the public to review and submit written comments to one or both regulations.
• Proposed regulatory revision of 105 CMR 590.000 – Minimum Sanitation Standards for Food Establishments – open through 5:00 p.m. on December 2, 2016

• Proposed regulatory amendments to 105 CMR 430.000 – Minimum Standards for Recreational Camps for Children – open through 5:00 p.m. on December 9, 2016
