[ARCHIVED] Board of Selectmen Seeks Residents to Serve on New Bialek Park Planning Committee

The Board of Selectmen adopted a new committee at their meeting on November 7, the Bialek Park Planning Committee. This committee is charged with evaluating the Park for improvements and presenting a plan to the Board. A complete description of the committee and charge is available in the link below.

The Board of Selectmen seeks interested residents to serve on this committee. Membership is as follows:

1. Member of the Cemetery and Parks Commission
2. Cemetery and Parks Manager3. Recreation and Culture Director
4. Member of the Recreation Commission5. 5 Members representing: 1- Youth Sports, 1-Seniors, 1-Parent, 1-Representing Disabled Community, 1- Other

Residents interested in serving on this committee should complete a Board and Committee Appointment Request form (available on the Board & Committee webpage) and submit to the Board of Selectmen's office by November 28, 2016. All interested applicants will be required to attend the December 5 Board of Selectmen's meeting for a brief interview.
