[ARCHIVED] Administrative Changes in the Conservation Office.

The number of copies required for filings has changed. You now must submit an original and 2 copies of all 8 ½ by 11” documents, and an original and 4 copies of all documents larger than 8 ½ by 11”.  This is effective immediately. Consequently, I have updated the Mandatory Pre-Filing Checklists. These and all other state and local forms can be found on our website at http://www.ipswichma.gov/257/Forms. Please ensure that you are using the most up-to-date forms by checking the website before each filing.

The filing deadline for requesting a Certificate of Compliance or a Minor Modification to an Order of Conditions has changed. It is now the same as for a new filing (generally 2 weeks before a meeting). This is effective also immediately.
