Earth DAy

Volunteers needed!

Join the Town of Ipswich Open Space Program as we complete some trail maintenance at Turkey Hill Conservation Area in honor of Earth Day. The event will take place on April 22nd from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. We will be meeting at the Turkey Hill Conservation Area parking lot (29 Pineswamp Road) at 9 am. The day will consist of some light trail maintenance, including clearing brush debris off the trail, and cutting back encroaching plants such as Bittersweet, Greenbrier and Buckthorn.

We will provide gloves, loppers and other hand tools, but encourage volunteers to bring their own tools and gloves if the have them. Coffee and refreshments will be provided!
