Last week the Town Moderator and Town Counsel recorded an infomercial at ICAM entitled “The ABCs of Town Meeting.” Together they spoke for almost an hour about the history of town meeting, the process leading up to it, and the mechanics of a meeting in Ipswich. ICAM will play it periodically during October and into November, before the special town meeting on November 7.
