Haunted house, scary stories, scarecrow building, crafts, costume parade.  $5/per child.

Halloween at The Ipswich Public Library, Costumes encouraged!
10am Toe Jam Puppet Band Halloween Spooktacular!
10am: Doctor Who: BINGO Event for teens
11:15 - 2pm Heroes & Whovians: Family Programs, Games,Crafts, Tattoos & much more…

Friday, October 30th All Hallows Eve
Halloween Parade
6:15 promptly! Gather if you dare, on the Ipswich Riverwalk. Parade over the infested waters of the Ipswich River to nightmare on Elm Street, down haunted County Road, ending at the Town Hall Graveyard for cider & donuts. Presented by the Ipswich Police Community Resource Unit
