Base Code: The 2021 IECC Energy Conservation Code begins 1/1/2023
Stretch Energy Code is now 225 CMR Chapter 22
Minimum HERS Rating = 52 (without solar or all electric credits)
Mechanical air HRV OR ERV is now required. Exhaust only option is over.
