Banner Application

  1. All sections of the application must be completed. Banner applications are approved by the Town Manager’s Office. Please review the banner policy prior to completing this application. Applications can also be filled out in the Town Manager/Select Board's office or submitted by email.

  2. Banner applications can only be submitted within 3 months of the date the banner is to be hung.
  3. Banners can be hung for a maximum of 10 days.
  4. Please sketch or attach a separate sheet that includes the exact language of the banner and any logos/pictures that will be on the banners:
