3. Wi-Fi Thermostat Rebate Form

   Nest or Honeywell Brand Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat must be purchased between 01/01/23 and 12/31/23. Full rebate of cost for device is available for customers who enroll the device in our Connected Homes Program. Customers are eligible to receive one rebate per year. Customer account must be in good standing. Rebates will be applied as an on bill credit to the electric account number provided.
